GAMING TECHNOLOGIES AND PRESENTATION OF THE ‘G-HUB’ SUMMIT

In the context of Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024, the “Summit on Gaming Technologies and Presentation of ‘G-HUB” was implemented. The summit showcased innovative advancements in gaming production. and featured a dynamic panel discussion with experts from various fields who shared insights on the global and regional significance of gaming.

The summit inspired and educated the participants on the potential of gaming as a tool for cultural representation, innovation, and economic growth.

Moreover, the forum was an innovative panel discussion aimed at advancing gaming in the OIC region and it was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS FORUM OF OIC COUNTRIES” PANEL DISCUSSION

Under the framework of Shusha OIC Youth Capital, the “Youth Organizations Forum of OIC Countries” Panel Discussion was carried out.

The panel offered the opportunity for the participants to learn about the experiences of leading youth organizations and their strategies for youth empowerment. The participants were provided with the chance to present solutions to challenges faced by youths in the regions.

“SINA” YOUNG SCIENTISTS OF ISLAMIC COUNTRIES FORUM

As a part of the Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024, the forum brought together various academic, and scientific minds from Azerbaijani universities and research institutions to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange.

The forum offered a platform for young scientists to present their research and explore solutions to pressing global and regional challenges. It also focused on interdisciplinary collaboration, the event encouraged participants to address issues and share ideas.

The SINA forum was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

SHUSHA CREATIVITY WORKSHOPS

The Shusha Creativity workshops focused on fostering innovation, artistic expression, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and collaborative projects. The participants were engaged in various activities highlighting creative artistic crafts, including arts, design, and technology.

The workshop encouraged cross-cultural exchange, allowing young people to learn from one another’s diverse perspectives.
Those workshops were organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

SHUSHA CREATIVITY MARATHON

This competition was in collaboration between the ICYF and the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Marathon took place in the margins of the Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024 and allowed the participants to embrace their creativity in the following categories: fashion design, animation, movie making, and storytelling.

THE SHUSHA OIC YOUTH CAPITAL CLOSING CEREMONY

In partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the ICYF held the grand closing ceremony of the SHUSHA OIC YOUTH CAPITAL 2024.

The closing ceremony included various youth engagement, empowerment, and cultural exchange activities. It showed the success and impact of several youth-centered activities. It brought together around 100 young leaders from across the OIC Member States and beyond to celebrate achievements, share experiences, and solidify commitments to future collaboration.

In addition, in the margins of the Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024 Closing Ceremony, the “Shusha International Youth Festival – Cultural Program” took place to showcase and disseminate the rich Azerbaijani cultural dance and music.

ISLAMIC YOUTH TALKS FOR PEACE AND HARMONY

The talks featured a range of discussions on relevant themes, with a central panel exploring how Islamic traditions can inspire unity among young people to promote peace and harmony.

The talks focused on Quranic wisdom for sustainable living and how Islamic ethics align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These discussions aimed to encourage environmental awareness, ethical responsibility, and shared values for sustainable development.

The event concluded with remarks that emphasized the importance of dialogue and cooperation in fostering peace and harmony within their communities.

The talk was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND DIPLOMACY CONFERENCE

The conference featured a motivating panel discussion on leadership’s role in international relations. The participants were engaged in immersive workshops on negotiation strategies and climate diplomacy.

The closing remarks emphasized the importance of youth participation in shaping global diplomatic discourse and consolidated key insights from the conference. The overall message highlighted the significance of youth engagement in global diplomacy and leadership.

NEX GEN – SOCIAL INNOVATION FORUM

The NexGen – Social Innovation Forum took place as a part of the Shusha OIC Youth Capital Opening Ceremony. Designed to inspire and equip participants with practical skills and insights, the forum featured welcome remarks, engaging icebreaker activities, and a workshop on Social Entrepreneurship.

Led by experts, the workshop explored the intersection of entrepreneurship and social impact, providing attendees with valuable knowledge and inspiration to drive positive changes in their communities.

The forum was implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

SHUSHA OIC YOUTH CAPITAL INAUGURATION GRAND CEREMONY 2024

In partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the ICYF held the official Grand Opening Ceremony of the Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024 in the historic city of Shusha, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The ceremony commemorated Shusha’s designation as the OIC Youth Capital, emphasizing its cultural heritage and significance. With 130 international and national youth participants from 36 OIC Member States and beyond, the event fostered discussions on youth empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship.

Through cultural performances, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, the opening ceremony aimed to inspire young people to make positive contributions to their communities and the world.
